Accomplissement by Klimt I woven European tapestry cushion cover features the work of famous artist Gustav Klimt Also known as Accomplishment, this scene shows the Fulfillment, from a painting from 1905-1909, now residing in Vienna. From his Golden Phase of artistic production by Klimt, often using gold leaf to provide additional color, this work shows two lovers kissing as their robes, caressing them both, contrast with the background behind. This is a detail from the larger work Accomplissement II - Klimt. Breaking from tradition, and an integral part of the Viennese Succession movement, we see the bold use of geometry and pattern in a new way.
