Aurore is a Belgian wall tapestry. The original was created in 1884 by the painter and architect Charles-Louis Genuys, professor at the Art School of Limoges. The three french schools of decorative art at that time are each represented: Paris, Limoges, & Aubusson . Aurore and Aimée is a French literary fairy tale written by Jeanne-Marie Le Prince de Beaumont.
