32" Heignt Iron Table Lamp in Black

I have been trying to get a return label from you without any luck. I ordered the lamp with PayPal and received a message saying that product will be mailed when payment is made. My balance with PayPal is under $100. and couldn't understand why this message was sent to me. I waited about a week and still no notification that the lamp was mailed out. So I order the same lamp from another company and put payment with PayPal. No problem and received the lamp within a week. The lamp is so cute and sturdy. Picture of the lamp doesn't look sturdy but believe me it is. The only problem the lamp is to tall for where I wanted it to be placed. I talked to a representative and he said that he sent me a return label I just had too click on the link. I told him that I was at the library and there was no link. The next day I went to the library and there was no e-mail from Home & Decor. I clicked on the website for Home & Decor twice in a week. No respond no return label. Well Saturday 11/02/24 I received my Visa bill and I through my balance was kind of high so I looked at the charges and sure enough there was a charge of $115.78 from Home & Decor. I never gave out my credit card number to Home & Decor so how in the world did Home & Decor get that information because that is private. I want credit on my Visa bill of $115.78 and then I will mail the lamp back only if I receive a return label. This is not good business and makes me wonder if this was a scan. I asked three times for a return label and no such luck. I even tried calling the phone numbers that I got in touch with once and the message says unable to connect. (I don't remember the exact message but not able to get through). Never will I order from Home & Decor again plus I will let people know not to order from this company. P.S. the other company that I order the lamp from told me just to keep the lamp without charge. Now that company is good to work with. Also I called my credit card bank and there is nothing that can be done and that I needed to get a return label. I told her that I tried three times with out any luck. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
