Shipping and handling
Furniturehomedecorshop.com and its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed.
Shipping and handling charges
You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products purchased from furniturehomedecorshop.com. FedEx/UPS Ground drop off shipments do not require any inspection. All other shipments which require delivery appointment need to be Inspected at the time of delivery. You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are refused or returned if you don't like the product. If the furniture cannot be delivered inside your home due to any entrance restrictions, you are liable to pay the restocking fee. If the product is defective or damaged, it will be replaced at no extra charge. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products or shipping errors in Item return. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. If the item is more than 100lbs or Oversize, The liftgate charges would be applicable to such items. Oversize item is defined if L+2(W+D) in inches is greater than 130.
